I know this is partially off topic, but I wanted to warn my readers about Corel Paint Shop Pro XI licenses and Corel’s customer support. I have bought the product on September 22, 2006, paying 99,98 Euro (including VAT). I have downloaded and installed the product, which has worked for a few months without problems. I’ve used it for cleaning and retouching my digital pictures until Xmas, and then I’ve stopped using it for a few weeks. When I’ve tried to launch it last week, I’ve got a windows with the message that the product had expired, and I’ve not been able to use the software anymore. I’ve written to Corel, using their online form - I hate online forms - and I’m still waiting their answer. Corel, are u there?
